Services Offered
SBM Global Services provides software development, IT consulting, digital transformation, and related services. The scope, pricing, and timeline for each service will be defined in a mutually signed agreement or work order. -
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information while engaging with our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
You shall not use our platform or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes. -
Payments & Invoicing
All service fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of service.
Any disputes must be reported within 7 working days from the date of invoice. -
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business-sensitive data and shall not disclose any proprietary or confidential information to third parties without prior consent. -
Intellectual Property
All custom software, tools, or content developed by SBM Global Services remain the intellectual property of SBM unless explicitly transferred.
Clients will receive usage rights as per the contract. -
Data Protection
We comply with applicable data protection regulations. Any data shared with us will be handled securely and used solely for service delivery purposes. -
Project Timelines & Delays
Timelines are estimated and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or client-side delays. Any such variations will be communicated promptly. -
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to terms in the contract.
No refunds will be made for services already rendered. -
Limitation of Liability
SBM Global Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use of services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or third-party claims. -
Support & Maintenance
Support packages (if any) will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA). Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately. -
Third-Party Services
We may integrate or use third-party services. SBM Global Services is not liable for the performance, availability, or issues related to such services. -
Amendments
SBM Global Services reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes.
